At FlexNation, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our returns below for guidance on what to do if you encounter an issue with your order.

Returns Policy

If you receive a product that does not fit correctly or has an issue, we’re here to help. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@flexnation.store with the following details:

    • Your order number.

    • A clear picture of the product showing the issue with tags intact.

  2. Return Approval: Once we receive your email and review the information provided, we will approve your return request if it meets our criteria within 24hrs.

  3. Return Shipping Label: After approval, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label (AUS POST).

  4. Return the Product: Use the provided label to send the product back to us. Ensure it is in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.

Important Notes:

  • You return the item within 14 days of your order being delivered (our returns policy is valid for 14 days from the date your order was delivered as per the shipment tracking - after this time has passed we are unable to accept returns)Items returned must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the returned product is received and inspected.

For customers new to our products, we understand that choosing the right size can feel overwhelming. But there’s no need to worry! If the size you select doesn’t work out, simply email us at Contact@flexnation.store, and we’ll provide you with a return shipping label at no cost. We’ll happily offer you a refund or an exchange for the same product in a size of your choice. Additionally, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we can issue a refund, provided the product is undamaged, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact. Your satisfaction is our priority!
